AVAILABLE POSITIONS:

SUMMARY

Company C is searching for a team member to interact daily with wholesale dealers and some end consumer inquiries. The right candidate will oversee 10-20 key partners plus hundreds of smaller house accounts. This position requires outbound calls/communications to build relationships and sales with strategically aligned business partners. Another significant portion of time is spent on inbound customer service phone queue, answering questions, solving problems and occasional order-entry.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and grow business with key wholesale business partners.
  • Establish outbound calling themes, using business intelligence reports on performance/buying trends, selling program participation, contact roles, etc.
  • Respond to inbound customer needs, answering questions, solving problems, and entering orders.
  • Review quarterly promotion calendar with customers.
  • Send new product introductions, catalogs, and price lists.
  • Ensure product is floored and sample programs are current and active.
  • Engage customer’s selling staff to be knowledgeable, passionate, and confident selling CoC.
  • Oversee timely flow of product information such as inventory, attributes, and images. Collaborate closely with IT and Inventory Management to deliver this data to 6-8 data-fed accounts.
  • Work with Web Team to improve the usage rates and user experience on the B2B.
  • Evaluate new account inquiries and approve/deny applications. Assign price levels and negotiate minimums with other opening requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA in Business helpful
  • Proficient computer skills. Quick learner with new programs and applications.
  • Respond to inbound customer needs, answering questions, solving problems, and entering orders.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Passionate about troubleshooting, asking questions and problem solving.
  • Self-motivated to complete tasks and understand the importance of fulfilling responsibilities.
  • Strong sense of teamwork and small business mentality (excited to help when we need all hands-on deck.)
  • Creative thinker, and process simplification idealist.
